Paper, Wool, Linen Thread, Charred Wood, ceramics.Felting, Ceramics – Luna Maris reflects on our daily journey of self-expression. We are at times more strong, at times more weak, and this is influenced by outside sources. An inevitable process, just as the tides are affected by the moon. There is strength, stability and certainty in the charred black of the wood, and fragility, movement and potential in the white paper felt and ceramic feathers. We all need both the anchor and the flight. Materiality is key here- felted paper, ceramic and charred wood.
