Playing with Paper Pulp: techniques for adding imagery into handmade paper- Winsome Jobling
Using recycled office paper participants will learn a range of techniques to apply to handmade paper before it is pressed and dried. These processes allow the images and artistic concepts to be embedded in the wet sheet.
In this workshop you will use paper pulp to create patterns, imagery and stand-alone elements through the paper making process. The outcome of the workshop will be a practical resource of at least eight different techniques that participants can easily use again in future projects.
Participants will take home a series of unique and beautiful papers incorporating different designs, stencils and water marks to inspire them.
