Small Things with Lissa de Sailles
Course Overview
Step into a world of creativity and wonderment of all things small and beautiful. You will learn how to use found objects, beads, and personal ephemera to tell a story or make one of a kind art pieces.
We begin by learning age old basketry techniques such as twining, coiling, plaiting and looping as well as needle lace and beading techniques to learn how to construct a variety of small objects that can be used for bodily adornment, decoration or for the pure joy of beholding beautiful objects. Let’s get creative and play!
