BTS #8 Patterns: Group Show

Yes! You read that correctly – this is the 8th year of Timeless Textiles’ Annual Brooch Exhibition and Competition. We have always been excited about beautiful textile and fibre art brooches , but in the world of high fashion and celebrity , brooches are making a major comeback in 2024 … “Hello” magazine reported on 29 March 2024: “ Designers are getting creative, putting a modern twist on this timeless piece, and suddenly, brooches are the talk of the town again. “ So this year we are super excited to announce that “Brooching the Subject #8” will be bigger and better than ever and this year’s theme is “PATTERNS”

 

60 Textile and fibre artists have contributed to “Patterns” in a wearable brooch and participate in “Brooching the Subject #8” Exhibition and Competition.

 

First, second and third prizes will be announced Thursday 28th November  by independent judges.
