Are we ‘broochaholics’ at Timeless Textiles?

Yes I think we are, as we launch the fourth “Brooching the Subject” exhibition and competition. In the last three years, “Brooching the Subject” entrants have successfully rid the brooch of its stodgy reputation and raised its status not only as a most useful and versatile fashion accessory, but also as a fun, creative and original artistic statement.   Gone are the boring brooches of the past .  Brooches  are now part of the growing trend for personalisation, originality and eccentricity.

We hope you will join us this year in our 2020 “ Brooching the Subject#4” both as an entrant and as a visitor to Timeless Textiles during the exhibition of brooches in the first week of May. We invite you and challenge you to create a wearable fibre art brooch and enter it to be admired in the exhibition/competition. “Brooching the Subject #4” exhibition will be open at Timeless Textiles 4-10 May 2020, with the results of the judging and official opening on Thursday 7 May , 6pm – 8pm.
